&lt;p&gt;Yes, this is known and have been reported internally. Nothing related to the PPK usage.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Do you have anything connected to the PPK? What port on the PPK are you connected to with USB?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Could you please activate verbose logging in the Power Profile app and retry to connect? You&amp;#39;ll find the verbose logging button under &amp;quot;About&amp;quot;. Afterwards, could you please provide the log file from &amp;quot;Open log file&amp;quot; after trying to connect to your PPK?&lt;/p&gt;
