I tried both of way.

1. Download from nrf connect for desktop

2. Download from VS Code

both way I failed so I reset my window and I worked.

Are you downloading installing the SDK and Toolchain from the nRF Connect for Desktop application or directly from VSCode?

I tried everything you advised, but it still doesn't work...

Hi,

Could you change the Device Provider to nrfjprog, under nRF Connect section in the Extensions in Settings?

Also, could you delete all current SDKs and Toolchain and then install them again? But before re-installing them, please make sure the you have set the path to C:/ncs as the installation directory, in the Toolchain Manager Settings:

This is the information from Git, nrfjprog, and jlink as viewed from the nRF connect Terminal. Based on this information, I confirmed that the three programs were installed properly.
