I don't have a fire-stick, I suggest next step is to use an on-air sniffer for better comparison:

thanks for your reply,

I have tried example of NRF Connect SDK also (ncs/v2.6.0/zephyr/samples/bluetooth/peripheral_hids/). But getting same issue in zephyr also my device was not visible in TV & Fire-stick.

I have gone through advertising configurations and try to change some configurations accordingly, but facing same issue. Device is not visible in TV or Fire-stick. Can you please check for this...?

Hello,

Maybe someone in the community have some pointers, not tested this myself, unless someone knows, it could be a good start to look at the advertisment configuration and content of working vs. non-working as a starting point for modification. Be aware that for new development you should be using the nRF Connect SDK (not nRF5 SDK).
