`mdm-uart-cts-gpios = <&gpio0 15 0>;` is conflicting with another assignment for pin 15 of `&gpio0`. Look through your device tree file (`.dts`) to find where pin 15 of `&gpio0` is being used. You mentioned that it is being used for `mdm-uart-cts-gpios`, but there may be another node that is also assigning this pin.
