 When I call spim3 peripheral with nrfx library, I add 
 CONFIG_NRFX_SPIM3=y 
 Code in prj.conf file

&lt;p&gt;Hmm I believe that should work.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Are you using any other peripherals from that &amp;quot;instance&amp;quot;. &lt;a href="https://docs.nordicsemi.com/bundle/ps_nrf52840/page/spi.html#ariaid-title4"&gt;SPI2 would share resources with eg TWI2, forcing you to rather use SPI3.&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
