&lt;p&gt;The preliminary numbers for nRF52840, which has the same high-speed SPIM hardware peripheral as the nRF5340, has the following timing on the parameters that you requested:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;Preliminary numbers for 32MHz operation indicate a minimum tSPIM,SUMI of 5ns and a minimum tSPIM,HMI of 18ns.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;We expect the results to be similar for the nRF5340, but they might not be exactly the same due to different routing to the pads.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I agree with your findings, although there is one added for nRF52840, there are several parameters that are missing for &amp;gt;8 MHz scenario here.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I did send an inquiry to our IC department, and we are looking into this. I will update you within 5 business days.&lt;/p&gt;
