Note that only nRF54L15 the will be supplied from this source. The USB should also be connected when measuring current to ensure that other circuitry is powered.

Unofficial, may be helpful: If using up to 3.6V (say a coin cell) use VDDM_nRF on pin 1 of P4 or pin 2 of P6, in both cases nothing on pins 1 & 3 of P6; this requires use of VREGM within the nRF54L15 which may be less efficient. If using below 2.6V use VDD_nRF on P4 pin 2 with nothing on P6. P4 is on the board you have but not shown on the schematic.

With only VDD_nRF the external flash memory U9 is not available (unless SB10 is jumpered or VDDIO is present) and all QSPI pins connected to U9 must be floating or driven low. VDDIO would require P5.0 or other external power source.

Stian Røed Hafskjold Do you know if I can power this board version with a 3V source? Like the coin cells that come with the nRF52-DK's?

Hi, which version of the PDK do you have? You can power it directly on the current measurement header on the pin in the middle. It powers only the nRF54l15 chip. You can supply with the same voltage rage as supported by the nRF54 chip.
