On the nRF52-DK I am able to power the chip through P21 and measure current through P22. If using below 2.6V use VDD_nRF on P4 pin 2 with nothing on P6. P4 is on the board you have but not shown on the schematic.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;With only VDD_nRF the external flash memory U9 is not available (unless SB10 is jumpered or VDDIO is present) and all QSPI pins connected to U9 must be floating or driven low. You can power it directly on the current measurement header on the pin in the middle. It powers only the nRF54l15 chip.
