 We are using the nRF52 chip with other RF modules. Is there any ground restriction that we need to be aware of in our design so that there is no interference ?

&lt;p&gt;For minimal interference the main concern is ensuring proper grounding on the entire PCB. Make sure that you use plenty of vias to achieve this. If the other RF modules are very sensitive it might be required to make via-stitches to separate the different modules, this is not a direct requirement from the nRF5 series.&lt;/p&gt;
