Hi,

I don't have an iPhone SE.

Did you try to turn off and on the BLE on the iPhone SE and erase the kit before programming to test again? Ensure both sides are clean for testing.

hi Amanda,

i rememberd previous version of iphone SE also pairing failed, after that, i updated iphone SE to ios18.

so i don't believe this is ios problem but iphone SE problem i believe.

i have recovered 840DK before provision.

nrfjprog --program "C:\Users\William\Documents\WeChat Files\wxid_9o8yd89o5r2f22\FileStorage\File\2024-10\merged.hex" --recover

nrfjprog -f nrf52 --sectorerase --program _generated/provisioned_PLMQ_360-05-054.hex --reset

by the way, i used ble by default not thread.

i also tried good 840dk from colleague.

and there is no such kind of problem with iphone16 ios18 and iphone12 ios17.6.1

here is the problem screen with iphone SE:

curiously, no one had such problem before?

Does it only fail with iOS18?

What iOS version is running on the other two iPhone 12?

Could you try to erase the DK before programming and then connect with the iPhone running iOS18?
