I see. Internally we use Unity for unit testing in the nRF5 SDK, so that could be a posibility (but please note that we do not include any documentation or direct support for unit testing in the SDK we release externally so you will have to add this yourself as well).

We are using nRF5 instead of Zephyr.So will this test framework work in nRF5_17.1.0 SDK?

Hi,

We do not have any support for or Tau, so if you need it you will have to implement that yourself. However, Zephyr included a test framwork that can also be used for unit testing, which could be an alternative (see Quick start - Unit testing).
