&lt;p&gt;As you can see in the screenshot below, the problem was in the Zephyr sample for bme680 sensor, because it is missing the overlay file, or at least a advise that this example has configuration file overlay only for two boards:&amp;nbsp;adafruit_feather_nrf52840.overlay and&amp;nbsp;nrf52840dk_nrf52840.overlay :-) For Zephyr beginner, like me, it can be a big problem :-)&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;C:\ncs\v2.7.0\zephyr\samples\sensor\bme680\boards&lt;/p&gt;

Have you checked if you define the i2c node that compatible with the&amp;nbsp;bosch_bme680 ?&amp;nbsp;&lt;br /&gt;Please take a look at the boards\nrf52840dk_nrf52840.overlay in the bme680 sample.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;div style="clear:both;"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;</description></item></channel></rss>
