You are right, the <a href="https://docs.nordicsemi.com/bundle/ps_nrf52840/page/power.html#register.RESETREAS">REASEREAS</a> register is&nbsp;cumulative, and cleared by writnig to the field you want to clear.&nbsp;</p><div style="clear:both;"></div>
