 when I try to uninstall/remove my connect sdk, tool chain manager says: 
 Failed to remove C:\nordicsemi\v2.6.0, operation not permitted. &lt;p&gt;So, another colleague has also seen this in a more severe fashion, and then the only way around it was to remove the SDK folder manually, uninstall the Toolchain Manager app and nRF Connect for Desktop and installing it again, as it seems like a deadlock somewhere that doesn&amp;#39;t let the Toolchain manager delete the SDK.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Can you make sure that no VS Code processes, file explorer windows with the NCS folders, command line windows or any other programs that might have an NCS folder/file opened are not running. Make sure you check the Task manager processes as well to make sure something isn&amp;#39;t running in the background.&lt;/p&gt;
