I would start by having a look at the tensorflow samples in zephyr which you can find here. You can also have a look at this blog we wrote 4 years ago. As it has aged and we have updated the SDK many times since then I would just look to it for inspiration and focus on the zephyr samples

Do you know a way to get a .tflite-model running on a nRF52?

I would recommend to use NCS and check out the edge impulse samples in NCS. The nRF5 SDK has been in maintenance mode for some years now had have not received any new features.

I also recommend checking out Login - Edge Impulse (nordicsemi.com)
