Is the sim you picked out of the box working with your telco, roaming? I had a similar issue and it turned out the sim I had picked from the kit did not have a roaming deal with any of the local telcos, swithced to to the sim from onomondo and that one worked with the telocos in my neck of the woods and My board got onboarded. got the tracker app working.

Have you checked that it is not a certificate issue? You can check the certs with the %CMNG command.

Hi,

This is what I get from the UART, it just keeps looping and giving the same error. Is this what you mean by the log or is there another log somewhere else? Sorry I am new to nrf dev.
