You can see the <a href="https://devzone.nordicsemi.com/guides/short-range-guides/b/getting-started/posts/nrf52840-dongle-programming-tutorial">Dongle Programming tutorial </a>available here for details on how to do so. Note that the &quot;adapt a BLE example&quot; sections are currently outdated, and it should be sufficient just to build the sample with the nRF52840 Dongle as a build target in VS Code.
