Glad to hear you found a way around this. Do you get an error message pointing to what might cause the Download to fail. I can't say I've seen any issues with the newest version of the Power Profiler app on my end.

Thanks the response!

I have managed to solve the problem, I have erased everything as you suggested, reinstalled the software and afterwards I have installed a different version of Power Profiler addon.

When I've tried to install/download the latest version of Power Profiler, the download failed, but when I've chosen an older version it worked.

I don't think this is VPN related, but rather that an artifact of an older version of the Power Profiler app or nRF Connect for Desktop is left on the computer. The best way to solve this I think would be to first uninstall the Power Profiler app and nRF Connect for Desktop. Then, make sure the nrfconnect folder in C:\Users\<YOUR USERNAME>\AppData\Roaming\nrfconnect is either empty or gone, before reinstalling it altogether.
