There is no tolerance in the D/E dimension of nRF54l15 QFN,

It is reasonable to have a tolerance for packaging parameters,Can we provide a max value for parameter D and E?
Regards,
William.

RE: Request tolerance in the D/E dimension of nRF54l15 QFN

Hi William

The missing parameters are not revelant. For instance, e is only nominal. This are also called BSC (Basic Spacing between Centers) and is a term that appears on IC package drawings in reference to dimensions between pins. This is absolute and have no tolerance.

For QFN packet like this, the packet size is +/-0.1 mm. So D and E becomes 5.9 to 6.1 mm

Cheers,
