Hello,

So I assume that you are using the nRF5 SDK, since you mention Segger Embedded Studio.

You can use the nRF52840DK, and build for the pca10056e, which will emulate nRF52811 behavior, as described here:

When you get so far that you have a custom board with the nRF52811 on it, you can remove the preprocessor definition: "DEVELOP_IN_NRF52840", and it will be built to actually run on the nRF52811 instead of being emulated on the nRF52840.

Is that what you are looking for? Or did I misunderstand?
