Sorry for the delay. I haven't received any useful feedback on the issue you're experiencing. We haven't been able to reproduce the error or see the message you're encountering. Additionally, all work related to the Bluetooth Low Energy App is currently on hold, and I'm not sure if there will be a new release or a bug fix for this app.

Could you try running the app on another PC to see if the same issue occurs? You might also try uninstalling and reinstalling the nRF Connect App.

If you're new to nRF products, I recommend our nRF Developer Academy, which will help you explore the basic tools and our nRF Connect SDK.

The Bluetooth Low Energy app in nRF Connect for Desktop is outdated and hasn't been updated in line with the main software. What version of the app are you using? This is what it looks like for me:
