I shifted to another nrf5340-dk board we just received. That works with the same project - so some sort of hw error.

Hello,

In the output file (zephur.dts), the mx625r flash exists. I am not sure why you are getting flash error. I tried to run little fs sample on nRF5340DK. That worked fine. Could you please send me your application folder so I can try to reproduce the case here?

Which NCS version you are using and which sample?

Which core you are trying to build the application? can you send me the dts (zephyr.dts) file from build folder?
