Hi,

You can use the .hex generated from vscode and flash this using the nrf programmer application to see if this also generates issues. It will be located in your generated build folder.

If you are using v2.7.0, it is usually my-build-folder/merged.hex.

When we are flashing through vs code. we are not getting below error.

2024-10-15 12:41:22.458000 [00:00:00.559,204] ←[1;31m<err> wifi_credentials: Cannot store WiFi credentials, no space left←[0m

Only we get this error when we flashing through programmer tool in the nrf connect for desktop.

We suspect build hex file generation

Is there any changes in firmware from when it was working? If yes, please share those changes and possibly try to revert them and see if it starts working then.

yes, you can flash through vscode when selecting your project.

Hi ,

It was working previously. Its not only happen one device, also happening in multiple devices.

Yes, We are doing erase all using programmer tool (V 4.2.0) and still problem occurred in the other devices.

Is there any way to flash the hex through visual studio code instead of programmer tool.

Hi,

Does this usually work on other devices, and it is just one device that has issues?

If yes, could you try to run a eraseall routine using "nrfjprog -e" on this device before flashing it to see if the behavior is consistent?
