Just an update that I've added this ticket to the list to track requests/issues with ARM64 and NCS.

As of now, there are unfortunately nothing I can do to further support you.

hmmm.. yah i guess I am trying to figure out why the emulation wouldnt work for getting the toolchain installed. jlink supports winarm64 for flashing and debugging.

Hi,

It's not getting the files that are unaccessible, it is the usage of the toolchain that is not supported

Of course, you can clone the SDK from https://github.com/nrfconnect/sdk-nrf and attempt installation using toolchain manager either from command line or from vs code per https://docs.nordicsemi.com/bundle/ncs-latest/page/nrf/installation/install_ncs.html, but I can't give you any guarantees that it will work for ARMx64 as of now.

Is there another way to do this? Can I just git clone the repo ?

Hi,

Please use inserts and attachments when uploading longer logs instead of pasting raw text.
As of now ARMx64 arcitecture is not supported for use with nRF Connect SDK. Please reach out to your regional sales manager if you have questions about roadmaps and if we have any plans to add support in the near future. Let me know if you need their contact information.
