I guess, also the RSRP is the value from the last connection.

At least if the device in "sleep mode", the message to send is prepared on the previous radio network values.

If it's possible to extend the sent data, is then more a question of the application and server.

I guess XMONITOR or CESQ would give the answer for this, but keep this in mind:

When Narrowband Internet of Things (NB-IoT) system mode is used and the device is in 
RRC CONNECTED state, old signal quality parameter values are reported. 
The values are recorded and reported from the previous RRC IDLE state.

Is there any method to get RSSI and SNR, and upload the data to nRF cloud (like Asset Tracker v2 can upload RSRP to nRF cloud)?
