Are you certain you're sending anything?

Please provide a minimal sample and I'll have a look.

For this P0.28 and P0.29 also I am facing the same issue,where Tx pin is working and rx pin is not working,not able to receive anything.If I reset the board then at that time the light in the rx pin is getting flashed

Hi,

In Issue with the new UART configuration in zephyr RTOS for nrf52840dk I explained that you could use any other GPIO that were aviailable that had not any gray text beside it. I believe this might've mislead you in selecting P0.26 and P0.27. If you flip your DK you can see that these are set up for SCL and SDA. Please try with for instance P0.28, P0.29 or P0.30. These should not give you the error message you're seeing.
