Hi barbiz,

Sorry for the late reply. I had to drop the hack since if it is true that it originally worked, the BLE communication started to under-perform and eventually (after about a quarter of an hour) it stopped working. I have not been able to continue to work on the project so I do not have a fix.

Either way, now that the nrf54 is out it may be wiser to use channel sounding.

I am trying to do the same thing. Can you help me spot out where did you hack Zephyr to achieve the result?

I've been helped with the issue. The problem is that the scan configurations set by the mesh and the peer service are incompatible, and only one is allowed. If I hack Zephyr to use active scanning instead of passive for the BLE mesh advertising and do not set my own scanning, then everything works,
