&lt;p&gt;I don’t have an official installation script to share. The &lt;a href="https://docs.nordicsemi.com/bundle/ncs-latest/page/nrf/test_and_optimize/test_framework/testing_unity_cmock.html"&gt;&lt;code&gt;native_sim&lt;/code&gt; board relies on POSIX features native to Linux,&lt;/a&gt; so running it directly on Windows can sometimes cause dependency issues with Ruby, CMake, and POSIX. I recommend using Windows Subsystem for Linux, as setting up the native POSIX simulation environment for Zephyr’s unit testing and the nRF Connect SDK is not straightforward on Windows.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;From the error message, it seems that this might be due to a missing Ruby interpreter or CMake not being able to locate Ruby. Try installing Ruby, &lt;a href="https://rubyinstaller.org/"&gt;check this page&lt;/a&gt;.&lt;/p&gt;
