Sorry Sufaira for late reply. Somehow missed this from my visible queue.

I am not sure what the issue here is. Seems like something could be with your toolchain or some missing configs in your prj.conf (Try adding CONFIG_BT_CENTRAL=y and CONFIG_MCUMGR=y) Verify that the dependencies for hci_ipc.conf are fulfilled for the network core.

If those did not work, you can attach your minimalistic project here and we can try to take a look.

I am able to figure out where the issue is,

I try to build from the first commit

Those commits are working fine and in one of the commit we added hci_ipc.conf file to the child_image , After that cmake error is coming only in my PC

devzone.nordicsemi.com/.../hci_5F00_ipc.conf.txt

Can you check this file and find a solution for it?

my bad, I thought CONFIG_POWEROFF is user configurable but it does not look like it is not directly user configurable.

Can you attach your project so that I can try to fix the error for you and save some time in trying to understand your setup?

There are clearly unresolved dependencies in the project and the log is giving those details of what dependencies are unsatisfied.

You can either ignore the warnings if these settings are not something you explicitly set by adding this in prj.conf

CONFIG_WARNINGS_AS_ERRORS=n

You can give me your prj.conf so that I can try to see if the dependencies are satisfied there. also add some logs

I checked for duplicates and still its showing error

I unistalled nrf connect sdk and vs code , and reinstalled by following the documentation

I clone the project from git and try to build the project using custom board but it is giving the cmake error in my PC.

The sample project is working fine.

but in other PC the custom project can build successfully.

Problem:

1. CMake generation for hci_ipc failed, aborting. Command: 1

message(FATAL_ERROR "CMake generation for ${ACI_NAME} failed, aborting. Command: ${ret}")

2. command failed with return code: 1

message(FATAL_ERROR "command failed with return code: ${ret}")

The issue seems to be with your new custom compile target add_custom_target as shown in the log below

CMake Error at B:/Nordic/v2.6.1/nrf/cmake/multi_image.cmake:185 (add_custom_target):
  add_custom_target cannot create target "guiconfig" because another target
  with the same name already exists.  The existing target is a custom target
  created in source directory "B:/Nordic/ridegrid".  See documentation for
  policy CMP0002 for more details.

Seems like this is duplicate to something that already existing in your folder.

Please give a full compile log and/or help me reproduce this error on my end.

It is not clear what is the context of this error without understanding if there are any errors prior to this.
