Could you please provide the URL to download the v2.8.0-rc1 toolchain?
Or should I use the Docker image available at this link ?

The toolchain for v2.8.0-rc1 is not released. You might not be able to build the sample.

To confirm, the v2.8.0 release is expected in the next two weeks, but is it possible to test this sample now using the v2.8.0-rc1 tag ?

Our project is facing memory constraints, and we’d like to address this risk ahead of starting production on our first boards.

The sample would support sysbuild in v.2.8.0. It is coming soon maybe in these two weeks, but no promise for the schedule.
