No worries. I had inquired internally and it seems the one with -B postfix is Revision 2 chips with approtect fix: https://docs.nordicsemi.com/bundle/IN/resource/in_151_v1.0.1.pdf

If you could verify with R7 and R7-B that would be very helpful. I don't have either on hand :(

Hi,

From the Ordering Information in the P.S, you can see how the labelling on a nRF52811SoC would be:

For eg, if on the chip it is N52811CAAAA02020JG, then the VV = AA & HP = A0. Then the INFO.VARIANT would be AAA0.

So it would depend on the SoC and you can find them out by looking at the marking on the chip.

I don't have a R7 & R7-B with me at hand, but I can look around and check this internally.
