Through RTT. The certificate install script supports RTT input, you just need to add a -rtt option when executing it

We have opted to use the "manual provisioning" method instead as written in the multi_service sample

Yeah I am currently using this method. However I am trying to explore the scenario where there is no serial access to the device

Have you tried their auto-onboarding feature for nRF cloud provisioning instead of manually writing the certificate?

This should be a painless and faster way o get your device onboarded to nRF cloud.

have you tried writing the certificates to the modem before turning on the modem as the log is telling you to do? Could be some other issue, but try that first.
