We were previously using device manager/pstorage but recently transitioned to peer manager/fstorage.

As mentioned in the &lt;a href="http://infocenter.nordicsemi.com/topic/com.nordic.infocenter.sdk5.v11.0.0/lib_fstorage.html?cp=4_0_0_3_30"&gt;documentation&lt;/a&gt;, FStorage will, unlike pstorage,  automatically split up large writes and erases into smaller operations, thus enabling the SoftDevice to more easily handle these requests in between radio operations.&lt;/p&gt;
