I have two solar panes for my project 3W 5V and 2 W 9V. I would to measure current of the panels with the Power Profiler II.
I think this should work (my calc is 3W/5V =0,6 and 1,5 W A, 2W/9V = 0,22A. This should be in the range of the profiler

RE: Measure solar panel current 3 W 5 Volt

Hello,

I don't know what the peak current may be in your case, but you should double check they don't exceed the maximum DUT current before you connect the PPK2, ref:
https://docs.nordicsemi.com/bundle/ug_ppk2/page/UG/ppk/ppk_max_dut_current.html
