When you are installing the JLink, do you see the option to install USB driver for JLink?

If not, can you please test this version (v7.88j)?

I downloaded and installed JLink_Windows_V810f_x86_64.exe from Segger.

But I still got the same message. It doesn'tmake any difference. Or should I use a different command?

Are you an administrator on the computer you are trying to use?

Also, is JLink installed on the computer that you are using? If so, which version? If not, can you try to install it? You can download it from segger.com:
