Hello Oscar,

I've managed to find a brief that was created some time ago by Nordic that was useful for my own steps. I've attached the pdf here.

What I saw as I went through it was that there was two steps that made a difference in order to get the attached state and stay there.

AT client FW running on the device.
XSYSTEMODE setting. My test setup was for LTE-M1, but initially my config had NB-IOT only and not enable LTE-M, so i didn't get the attach. See link to docs.nordicsemi.com below

eMTC Auto Mode to RMC setting shown in the pdf attached was also incorrectly set on my CMW and that from eMTC Auto Mode to RMC setting made a difference.
I also set up to start with band 1 for my test and didn't try starting with any other band setting.

Is there any CMW500 set up guidance that you can share? we suspect there must be some error setting, but don;t know where.

Hello Oscar,

I've had a look at the attachments you've sent us and let me just start with a couple of follow up questions to make sure I understand.

The FW you are using and the board you are using, is it showing normal operation otherwise if you're trying to use it towards the real world?
Are you using the same frequency band between the kit and the CMW and what sort of cabling have you connected to the kit and the CMW?
Are you able to capture log of from the nRF91 device during bootup and initializtion?

One more information. we saw this RRC Reconfiguraton Failure on both the NORDIC EVK board and Our device.
