resolved it thanks for the reply.
Reinstalled the drivers by using the j-link configurator. then erased all through nrf connect desktop. it started working fine.

Hello,

You can try to recover the device using nrfjprog --recover command. Your jlink version is a bit old. Try to install the latest one.
