&lt;p&gt;you can consider using &lt;a href="https://docs.nordicsemi.com/bundle/ref_at_commands_pti/page/REF/at_commands/mob_termination_ctrl_status/xvbat_set.html"&gt;%XVBAT command&lt;/a&gt;.
