When I first use CHIP tool in my Ubuntu NB, I can commission bulb(52840) through OTBR(Pi4+52840 RCP) successfully, besides, I can use CHIP tool to control bulb on/off.
But when I reboot Ubuntu NB and OTBR, I can't send any command to bulb

RE: CHIP tool can not send command when OTBR and Ubuntu PC(within CHIP tool) restart

v2.8.0 was tagged today and is available for use
