normally the reason the microcontroller is bricked after programming it is that if you make it go to sleep too early after the wakeup without configuring a source to wakeup. You say that the reset pin is low continuously? is this a pin reset you are talking about? why is pulled low continuously?

what is the reason why the microcontroller is briked. I have the same problem, the reset pin is down continuously and there is no way to get it out of that state. With nfrjprog or nfrGO studio I can reprogram it. The only solution is to weld a new microcontroller, but there's no guarantee that it will be briked again.

Then it seems that the debugger is not getting enough time to halt the cpu, try this using nrfGo studio and if it does not work, then most probably you have bricked your chip

I did try it and I got ERROR: Cannot connect to any nRF device. Please make sure a device is connected to the debugger and supplied

I have figured out that in my while loop i left _WFE() from the example i used and that is probably the problem why i cant reprogram or erase my chip, is there a way to wake up the chip with hardware?
