I have a similar issue, exactly the same configuration, have tried everything as well.

Our boards worked perfectly until we used the "erase" function of Jflashlite on some of them.
Since then those boards show the same errors.

I assume this is a custom board, correct? If so, the issues here point to a HW issue where the nRF52 board might have some soldering issues or if it's missing any components perhaps. Can you upload your schematics and/or the PCB layout here so we can do a HW review of your design.
