I am encountering difficulties connecting to and recovering my nRF52840 board with J-Link on macOS, both via nRF Connect and using nrfjprog in the terminal. Below are the details of the situation and the errors I’ve encountered.

Are these custom boards or DKs you're having trouble with. If you open a private ticket here on DevZone you can upload your schematics and PCB layout so we can do a HW review.

Best regards,

Our boards worked perfectly until we used the "erase" function of Jflashlite on some of them.
Since then those boards show the same errors.

I assume this is a custom board, correct? If so, the issues here point to a HW issue where the nRF52 board might have some soldering issues or if it's missing any components perhaps. Can you upload your schematics and/or the PCB layout here so we can do a HW review of your design.

Best regards,
