&lt;p&gt;I followed the resolution column to find out.&lt;br /&gt;I determined that all ID, PIN number and other codes are fine.&lt;br /&gt;I suspect that the LTE connection is not working.&lt;br /&gt;In fact, I entered the AT+CESQ command and got the following response.&lt;br /&gt;&amp;gt; AT+CESQ&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;+CESQ: 99,99,255,255,255,255&lt;br /&gt;What is the problem with a strong signal but no connection?&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Does the nRF Cloud SIM activation indicate that the activation was successful?&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Do you have the correct SIM in the device, the activated one?&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Please note that the &amp;quot;&lt;span&gt;AT+CSQ&lt;/span&gt;&amp;quot; is G2 and G3 networks. For example in my test device, the cloud connection is working, the &amp;quot;&lt;span&gt;AT+CSQ&amp;quot; gives the &amp;quot;99,99&amp;quot; indicating that there is no signal.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;If you keep the serial terminal open to see traces from the Asset Tracker v2 app, what does those traces say?&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;Are you connecting to nRF Cloud or your own service?
