A timeout reported from the app indicate that the device for some reason couldn't maintain the connection.

What have you changed in the application? Are you using bonding?

You might want to consider using the debug version of the bootloader to get more information. There is unfortunately too little to work with right now.

Apologies for the unclear information.
I am currently using the nRF52840 on a custom board with nRF5_SDK_17.1.0_ddde560.
I have essentially migrated the buttonless_dfu related code into my project.
Previously, after migration, the over-the-air (OTA) DFU worked successfully. However, after adding some code to the project, I encountered the above and the issues shown in the screenshot.
I have not modified any DFU-related code, so I am looking for a direction to troubleshoot this issue.

Could you please share some more details about your setup? Specifically:

Which Nordic chip or DK are you using?
Is this a custom board?
What SDK version are you working with for your application?

How have you configured the application to enable OTA DFU? Have you tested the BLE connection without enabling DFU? If so, were you able to maintain a stable connection between the devices without the OTA configurations?

I recommend reviewing the steps in the Nordic Developer Academy to ensure all requirements for adding OTA DFU support have been properly followed.
