Try setting CONFIG_MINIMAL_LIBC=y in prj.conf.

Also with SDK 2.6.0 during build I see the following:

ninja: error: loading 'build.ninja': The system cannot find the file specified.

I don't see the same behavior with SDK 2.5.0

Regarding:
Workaround: Choose CONFIG_MINIMAL_LIBC as CONFIG_LIBC_IMPLEMENTATION.

I tried to use CONFIG_LIBC_IMPLEMENTATION instead of CONFIG_MINIMAL_LIBC and nothing changed. I cintinue to see the same problem with reboot. Perhaps I misunderstood you.

This is a known issue, please see KRKNWK-18572 in Known issues:

KRKNWK-18572: Bus fault when resetting the Zigbee light switch sample
Usage of CONFIG_RAM_POWER_DOWN_LIBRARY leads to a bus fault at reset.
Workaround: Choose CONFIG_MINIMAL_LIBC as CONFIG_LIBC_IMPLEMENTATION.

Can you share the complete build log from doing a pristine build? The sample should build out of the box and I am able to build it successfully with your prj.conf.
