I checked the configs. I saw that the config is on CONFIG_LOG_MODE_MINIMAL.
As I know it must me in deferred mode, so I changed it to deferred mode: CONFIG_LOG_MODE_DEFERRED.
This config enabled Logging Thread and now is available in Thread Viewer.
