Could you explain this some more? What exactly takes time?

Is it the time from power is applied to the chip, and your light control connects to a lamp, and set the colour for the lamp?

It taking about 5 to 7 minutes

So it's the start-up time that takes time? How much time does it take for you?

With MCUBoot, it will take longer before your application boots, MCUBoot will e.g. validate the signature of the image that it will boot, and this takes a bit of time. But it should not takes minutes.

when this there at that my microcontroller is taking time to run a code once power on i checked it, so any potential solution for this

like my project is a light control so as soon as the controller starts it make my lamp to default color, so when I provide a power to eat it taking few seconds/ minutes to make it default color that how I am able to know to its taking time while without OTA it turns my lamp to default color immediately as I started the power
