We do have that for the 52-series, such as the nRF52832:

But the nRF51 never had this tree view on the left hand side. It has always been a pdf file.

If not, can you share what details you are looking for, and I can help you search for it. All the information is present on our new page, docs.nordicsemi.com, but for older stuff, such as the nRF51 series, you need to search for it.
