We have a watchdog timer with a 100s timeout that we feed every 10 seconds in the control loop.
Occasionally we see the device hit the 100s watchdog timer and reset when connecting

RE: When connecting to AWS IoT with low signal it gets stuck

You can store modem traces in external flash. It's hard to replicate because the device needs to have a low RSSI so I have to put the device in a farday cage. If the device is hooked up to my computer with a cable then the RSSI doesn't drop low enough because the signal leaks through the cable.

Is there a way to do a modem trace through logging?

RE: When connecting to AWS IoT with low signal it gets stuck

Hello,

maybe you should capture a modem trace from this?
