Hi,

What Android Studio version are you using? The latest one is Ladybug Patch 3 as of now.

The libs.nordic and libs.androidx are imoprted here: https://github.com/NordicSemiconductor/Android-nRF-Blinky/blob/main/settings.gradle.kts from https://github.com/NordicSemiconductor/Android-Gradle-Plugins/blob/2.5-3/gradle/libs.versions.toml

You should be able to "Sync" gradle and the project should compile. Do you get any errors there?

You can check your Gradle and JDK implementatino in Settings > Build, Execution, Deployment > Build Tools > Gradle. It should point to GRADLE_LOCAL_JAVA_HOME (JetBrains Runtime), but other implementations also should work.

where do I check OpenJDK? I cleaned the project, but now am having this error:

Hi,

The app compiles for me without problems. It must be some caching or compiler issue. Are you using OpenJDK delivered with Android Studio? Did you try doing clean build and invalidating caches?
