Yes, but the file you are looking for is in build/zephyr/zephyr.elf

I suspect you are running this from "Powershell" terminal (this will not work), instead use "nRF Connect" terminal, see my screenshot. Alternatively the path to where \zephyr.elf is wrong, try to find in in the build folder.

Type "arm-zephyr-eabi-addr2line -e.\zephyr.elf 0x00007011" in the terminal and it will appear as below image

In VS code can you open an nRF Connect Terminal windows and run arm-zephyr-eabi-addr2line -e .\zephyr.elf 0x00007011 in the project build folder, e.g.:
