This might be due to clock offset, If the device has a offset in on direction and the Phones that provide the timeout error have an offset in the other direction the the delta offset might be the reason for this issue.

Have you checked the accuracy of the HFXO on the nRF5281 device?

I tried with Samsung S20 FE and iPhone 15 it works, but when I tried with oneplus nord 4 and lenovo tab P12 it is not working.

Can you provide me with a list of devices that fail ?

Is there any specific type of phone manufacturer or a specific molde?
